AGGRESSION DISCLAIMER
1. I know that The Happy Dog Retreat will contact me immediately, and I will have to remove my dog immediately if the dog shows any signs of aggression and will be charged the full amount for the booked stay.
2. The Happy Dog Retreat has a zero-tolerance policy toward aggressive dogs.
3. I know that The Happy Dog Retreat only takes park-friendly dogs.
4. I have been told by The Happy Dog Retreat they will not allow any aggressive dogs with any aggressive behavior, and I’m aware of the ramifications if I’ve not been forthright with The Happy Dog Retreat in regard to my dog's behavior.

5. If The Happy Dog Retreat deems your dog destructive (including but not limited to chewing and scratching on wood, fencing, door handles, etc.), you authorize The Happy Dog Retreat staff to crate your dog.
DISCLAIMERS CONTINUED
- Undisclosed, timid, scared, and unsocialized dogs will be isolated immediately and/or kept in a crate for the safety of staff and other dogs. I give The Happy Dog Retreat full permission to mitigate the situation immediately that The Happy Dog Retreat deems unsafe.
- I am aware and understand that The Happy Dog Retreat employees are not veterinarians and do not have backgrounds in animal medicine. The Happy Dog Retreat employees are not expected to diagnose or detect illnesses in the pets staying at the retreat. I agree to assume all risks associated with the administration of medication or supplements by The Happy Dog Retreat employees during my pet’s stay. Administration of said medications incurs a $2 fee per medication.
- If your dog jumps a fence, your dog will no longer spend time in the fields. The dog will spend potty breaks in the fenced-in bluestone area.

Due to the fact that this is a 24hr/7day per week business, our farm will be closed on holidays and Saturdays so Kristen can spend uninterrupted time with her family. There will be no pick-ups, drop-offs, and any communication related to bookings or your dog's stay. However, rest assured that our staff will continue to provide exceptional care to your furry friends during these times.
